BROWSER ISSUE AND SOLUTION: Adobe Flash Player version 11.1.102.62 and Firefox do not work while your Streaming Preference is set to RTMP. Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer work fine with this (latest) version of Adobe Flash Player.
Solution: Change your Streaming Preference to Progressive Download under the Settings tab in the top menu and select My Settings and then check the Progressive Download box and click the Change Button next to it. We are sorry for the minor inconvenience and hope that Adobe will correct the problem shortly, until then this is a quick fix!
